Sokonet Oy will continue working in its office at: Komeetankatu 1, Espoo. All contacts for clients, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses remain unchanged. Jouni Silvennoinen will continue his work as General Director of the company.

- Significant changes in the branch have already been in process for several years. The branch has been centralizing, and our clients need various copying, duplicating and printing services on a national scale. Selling of a family business is always highly questionable, that is why authority of Kopijyvä and Panostaja, as well as business considerations contributed a lot to decision making, - says Sirpa Vaara, Chairman of Board of Directors of Sokonet Oy.

- The goal of Kopijyvä is to grow faster than the branch market and be competitive in the intrastate market. Our offices used to be situated in Central and Eastern Finland. Now time has come to expand our presence in the metropolitan area as well. Sokonet electronic services combined with a variety of our services form a set of services which is interesting nationwide. We have already co-operated with Sokonet for several years, therefore this bargain is a natural continuation of the co-operation, - says Heimo Viinanen, General Director of Kopijyvä.
